    包包子

    上星期五託淳的福讓我跟到去Julie家享受好康的~~ 首先我超羨慕他們家後院的, 小小的坡地上種了好多蔬菜水果, 我想他們家應該不用花錢買青菜吧…… 我們一去就吃到現摘的青豆, 一人還分到半顆手臂長的蒲瓜和一大包青蔥帶回家~~ 吃飽喝足了Julie還教我們包包子, 一半用蒸的一半用煎的, 想當然爾又是邊包邊吃, 真是超讚的!!!! 我們大概包了一百顆左右吧, 所以每個人又帶了一堆回家, 真的是大豐收耶~~

    做法:

    1. 烤箱預熱170F後關掉

    2. 製作麵糰

    • 韓國麵粉六杯(舀起來就好, 不要試著把中間空氣弄掉)- 要韓國麵粉才發得漂亮, 原因不詳

    • 溫水兩杯
    • 糖一茶匙
    • 酵母菌一茶匙
    • 一小匙油
    • 以上放入攪拌機( kitchen aid)攪均勻到麵糰不黏手的程度

    3. 把麵糰放入烤箱( 預熱170f關掉後)發20分鐘

    4. 製作內餡

    • 紅蔥頭, 綠蔥爆香, 香菇, 筍絲, 酸菜, 腰內肉, 以上先炒熟

    5.  麵糰切成一塊一塊,  桿成皮, 包成包子,  放在裁好的parchment paper 上

    6. 擺入蒸鍋 (包子跟包子要留空間, 因為包子會再長約兩倍大)

    7. 再放入烤箱發20 分鐘

    8. 蒸籠蒸約十分鐘?

    9.  也可以煎成生煎包 (油熱再下包子, 兩分鐘後加少許熱水, 四分鐘後翻面, 再煎兩分鐘就ok了)
